Change or cancel a booking
Find your request at any time with its reference (FLC-…) and the e-mail address used for the booking, from the “Manage my booking” page.
Changes
Tell us the new pick-up and return dates, times or locations you want. Changes remain subject to the vehicle’s availability on those new dates, and the team confirms in writing whether the change can be accepted.
Free cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge up to 72 hours before the planned pick-up. You can cancel by phone, WhatsApp, e-mail, or directly from your account, simply by giving your booking reference.
No online payment
As nothing is charged when you book — payment is made when the car is handed over, by bank card or in cash — cancelling never means waiting for a deposit payment to be refunded.
History
Every important step of your booking — request received, confirmation, change, cancellation — stays visible in the tracker accessible with your reference, so you can check the status of your booking at any time.
Check everything before you confirm
The total price, deposit, excess, extras, locations and applicable rules are set out in your written confirmation. Payment is made when the vehicle is handed over.
