Fuel
The rule is deliberately simple, and restated in black and white in your booking confirmation: the vehicle leaves with you the way it arrived, and comes back the way it left.
The rule: same level
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up, no more and no less. This is the simplest way to avoid any surprise fuel-related calculation or charge.
At pick-up
The fuel level is recorded with you, in your presence, at the moment the vehicle is handed over — just as the overall condition of the car is.
On return
The same check is done again on return, in front of you, to confirm the level matches the one recorded at pick-up before the file is closed.
Any questions?
If you are ever unsure about the level to respect or the nearest fuel station to your return location, the team answers on WhatsApp 24/7 throughout your rental.
Check everything before you confirm
The total price, deposit, excess, extras, locations and applicable rules are set out in your written confirmation. Payment is made when the vehicle is handed over.
