You must enter your identity and contact details before accessing the extras. You cannot move on to the next step if an essential field is missing.

Your request is recorded with a reference. The team checks availability and sends you the total and the confirmation by e-mail within minutes, or even faster on WhatsApp.

What happens after you send your request
A request is not a confirmed booking until the team has confirmed it in writing. The confirmation states the total, the handover place and time, and the amount of the deposit and the excess. No online payment: you pay when you collect the keys, by bank card or in cash. Cancellation is free up to 72 hours before pick-up.
