Rental terms
Your request becomes final once availability has been checked and the team has confirmed it in writing, by e-mail or WhatsApp. No payment is requested online.
Rental length and driver
The minimum rental period is three days. The driver shows a valid driving licence and an ID card or passport. The conditions specific to each car are shown on its page.
Price, payment and deposit
Prices are shown in euros, as “from” prices, per day. Payment is made when the car is handed over, by bank card or in cash. The deposit depends on the car: its amount is given with the confirmation, before you collect the keys.
Insurance and excess
Standard third-party liability insurance is included. The amount of the excess is given with the confirmation.
Fuel
The car is returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up. The level is recorded at handover and on return.
Delivery and extras
Free delivery in Essaouira: agency, Essaouira-Mogador airport, hotel or riad. Marrakech-Menara, Agadir-Al Massira and Casablanca-Mohammed V airports: surcharge given before confirmation. Other locations: on quotation. Child seat and second driver free on request.
Cancellation and return
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before pick-up, by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. The customer returns the car at the agreed time and place, and in the agreed condition.
