The location, time, contact person and any delivery fees are all confirmed in writing before you set off, so there is no surprise when you collect the keys.
Essaouira, free of charge
At the agency, at Essaouira-Mogador airport, or at a hotel or riad in town: vehicle delivery is always free in Essaouira, whichever of these locations you choose.
Other airports
A handover is also possible at Marrakech-Menara, Agadir-Al Massira and Casablanca-Mohammed V airports; a delivery surcharge is then given to you before confirmation. Remember to add your flight number so the team can adjust the handover time.
Vehicle condition
At handover, take a moment with the team to check together the fuel level, the equipment on board and the overall condition of the vehicle: this same check will be done again when you return it.
Pay at handover
Payment for the rental is made at the moment the keys are handed over, by bank card or in cash, not online. The deposit, whose amount depends on the vehicle, is stated at that same moment.
Check everything before you confirm
The total price, deposit, excess, extras, locations and applicable rules are set out in your written confirmation. Payment is made when the vehicle is handed over.
