Required documents
Have the originals ready before the appointment. They are listed again in your confirmation.
Driving licence
A valid, legible driving licence for the category of vehicle rented.
National ID card or passport
The driver is asked for an original, valid ID card or passport.
Deposit
The deposit amount depends on the car. It is separate from the rental price and given with the confirmation, before you collect the keys.
The same checks
A second driver is free on request. They must also show their licence and ID. An undeclared driver must not drive the car.
Pick-up checklist
Booking reference, original driving licence, ID card or passport, bank card or cash for payment at handover, flight number if needed and a phone on which you can be reached. Copies alone may be refused.
