Cookie policy
A cookie is a small file placed by the website in your browser. Freeland Car uses as few as possible: some simply make the site work (language, currency, sign-in), others, optional, help us measure audience and the performance of our ads. These stay switched off until you give your consent.
Necessary cookies
Essential to the site working: they remember your chosen language (FR, EN, ES), the display currency (euro or indicative dollar), your cookie consent, and, if you are signed in, your customer account or admin session. They cannot be switched off, as the site would stop working properly without them.
Audience measurement
With your consent, Google Analytics tells us which pages are viewed and how many people visit the site, in aggregate form. This cookie is only placed after your consent, stays off by default, and you can decline it without it changing anything about your browsing.
Advertising
Again with your consent, the Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok and Google Ads pixels help us know whether our ads lead to bookings, and avoid repeating the same ad endlessly. As with audience measurement, nothing loads before your choice.
Retention period
The consent cookie and the currency cookie are kept for 1 year, and the language cookie for 1 year too. The audience measurement and advertising cookies, when you accept them, are kept for a maximum of 6 months, after which your consent is asked again.

Other ways to decline
You can also block or delete cookies directly from your browser’s settings. The strictly necessary cookies will then be removed too, which may reset the language or displayed currency on every visit.
